Requirements
- 3-year tertiary qualification in HR Management or related field

Key Responsibilities
- Manage labour relations strategies and disputes resolution
- Oversee disciplinary processes and CCMA representation
- Develop labour policies and manage union relations
- Coordinate staff training on labour regulations
