We seek a customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Dolphin Coast location. This role requires a professional leader to maintain organizational standards, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets (UPT, ATV, Turnover)
- Lead and coach a 5-8 member retail team
- Manage inventory accuracy with weekly stock counts
- Oversee POS operations and daily cash management
- Implement visual merchandising standards
- Conduct market analysis for business growth
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Proven leadership in 500+ sqft stores
- Advanced inventory management skills
- Retail POS system proficiency
