Applicants must satisfy these requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Matriculated in 2024 OR currently completing matric
- Formal admission offer from UCT for 2026 intake
- Outstanding National Benchmark Test scores across all sections
- Demonstrated financial need (household income below R350,000/year)
- Proven leadership experience through community work, extracurriculars, or special projects
- Not receiving other bursary funding (excluding merit awards)
- Registered NSFAS applicant
