Learnership Overview
The FNB Youth Development Learnership aims to equip learners with the skills and experience necessary to thrive in a corporate environment. Combining classroom-based learning with practical work experience, the programme will prepare participants for a successful career. Throughout the learnership, learners will be responsible for completing tasks that contribute directly to business goals, such as research, project management, administration, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
During the programme, learners will be expected to:

Eligibility Requirements
