Essential Requirements:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Proven customer service experience in retail environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong numerical skills for sales tracking and target management

Position 2: Fashion Consultant (45hr)

- Monitor and report on personal sales performance metrics
- Implement effective stock rotation and merchandise display strategies
- Process transactions and handle customer inquiries efficiently
Essential Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Retail industry experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations
- Timetable flexibility for shift rotations
