Monthly Salary: R28,315.59 (Basic salary, excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Secretarial Management/Office Administration (NQF Level 6)
- 3+ years experience in executive secretarial role
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar and coordinate high-level meetings
- Prepare professional correspondence and reports
- Maintain confidential filing and record-keeping systems
- Coordinate departmental events and logistics
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance matters
