Our Platinum Business
Our industry-leading operations set the benchmark globally in the Platinum Group Metals (PGMs) sector. We are involved in the full cycle of mining, processing, and refining an array of PGMs, which are utilized in myriad applications ranging from fuel cells to fine jewelry.
Objective of the Role
The chosen candidates will be enrolled in the Unemployed (18.2 B1) Learnership programme. At the culmination of the programme, these candidates will emerge as professional Artisans, armed with knowledge and skills honed in various trades.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matriculation with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English (minimum 40% pass).
- N2 or higher qualification with relevant subjects per discipline.
- NCV Level 4 in the appropriate trade (minimum 40% pass).
Trade Test Requirements
- N2 Subjects/Certificate with applicable subjects.
- NCV Level 4 in a relevant trade.
