Your Role in the Company

As a Professional Driver with Kia South Africa, whether based in Diep River or Ballito, your key task will be focused on delivering effective transport services. This encompasses maintenance of with operational standards, the state and national driving laws, as well as ensuring safety and proper delivery and collection of goods and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect goods and customers in a safe and professional manner.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
  • Report on operational activities for effective decision-making.
  • Maintain governance and compliance in driving tasks.
  • Ensure vehicle operational excellence, reporting any non-compliance.
  • Comply with legal driving rules and regulations.
  • Deliver quality service to satisfy both internal and external customers.
  • Participate in training for skill enhancement and work quality improvement.

  1. Matric .
  2. 1-2 years’ experience as a driver in a similar environment.
  3. A valid South African driver’s license.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate analytical and commercial thinking, improvement and development orientation, and sensitivity to diversity. They should also exude effective teamwork and leadership, composure and adaptability, planning skills, and integrity. The ability to both follow and give instructions is also crucial for this position.
