Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily website updates on Shopify platform
- Coordinate digital content for retail partners and 3PI platforms
- Provide first-line customer support via email/chat
- Assist with light front-end development tasks (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Conduct QA testing for new digital campaigns
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, IT or related field
- 1-2 years digital operations experience
- Basic web development skills
- Familiarity with Shopify CMS advantageous
- Strong organizational and communication skills
