Key Requirements
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Management/Administration/Strategic Planning or related field
- 3+ years junior management experience (Assistant Director level)
- Valid driver’s license
- Expertise in government systems and strategic management
- Strong policy analysis and communication skills
- Knowledge of Cabinet processes and parliamentary procedures
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate departmental inputs for FOSAD Cluster operations
- Monitor implementation of Government’s Programme of Action
- Facilitate inter-cluster collaboration (ESIEID, JCPS, ICTS)
- Manage Cabinet resolution tracking and implementation
- Oversee preparation of executive briefings and policy documents
- Lead team management and resource allocation
