Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement divisional strategy aligned with agency objectives
- Manage cross-border permit administration and transport regulations
- Oversee SADC regional market access initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement programs
- Direct research and knowledge management projects
- Manage departmental budget and team of 15+ staff
Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Law/Transport Management (NQF 8 preferred)
- 10+ years regulatory experience with 5 years at senior management level
- Expert knowledge of SADC transport legislation
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
