  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and present arguments in Tribunal proceedings
  • Develop strategic approaches for cartel detection and prosecution
  • Supervise multidisciplinary investigative teams

Requirements:

  • LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • 8+ years’ experience in complex legal investigations
  • Proven leadership in legal case management
  • Strong analytical and evidence assessment skills
  • Competition law experience (advantageous)
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities
