- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and present arguments in Tribunal proceedings
- Develop strategic approaches for cartel detection and prosecution
- Supervise multidisciplinary investigative teams
Requirements:
- LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification
- 8+ years’ experience in complex legal investigations
- Proven leadership in legal case management
- Strong analytical and evidence assessment skills
- Competition law experience (advantageous)
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities
