Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Communications/Public Relations/related field
- 7-9 years relevant experience
- Public administration experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Develop communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Manage community engagement programs
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Oversee human resources and financial management
2. Senior Professional Officer: Strategic Advisory Services

- 7-9 years experience with 4 years at professional officer level

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advisory services to Mayoral Committee
- Conduct policy research and analysis
- Manage stakeholder engagement processes
- Develop performance monitoring systems
