Job Purpose

Promote safe and efficient electricity usage through effective community engagement and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct electricity efficiency presentations to urban/rural communities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for electricity conservation
  • Organize customer training programs on safe electricity usage
  • Manage vending station establishment and agent training
  • Maintain relationships with community leaders and customer representatives
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs

Requirements

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Marketing or related field
  • 2 years’ marketing/community engagement experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • Preferred: Degree in Digital Marketing + 3 years’ experience

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate + administrative qualification
  • 3 years’ customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license
