Position Purpose:
Provide essential transportation services and logistical support to ensure efficient operations of the Gqeberha Regional Office through documentation collection/delivery and general administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate official vehicles for office operations
- Manage document distribution between regional offices and external parties
- Assist with mail handling and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain vehicle logs and safety checks
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- 2+ years professional driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with PDP certification
- Clean driving record
2. Part-Time Interpreter Positions

A) Eastern Cape – Gqeberha (Ref: GQPTI07-25)
B) Gauteng – Tshwane (Ref: GPTSH07-25)
Rate: R970.84 per day

Provide accurate language interpretation services to facilitate effective communication during CCMA proceedings and support administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time interpretation during hearings
- Document translation assistance
- Administrative support for case management
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- NQF 5 certification in Languages/Communication
- 1-3 years interpreting experience
- Proficiency in 3+ South African languages
3. Case Management Officer
Location: Gauteng – Tshwane

Position Purpose:
Manage case intake processes and provide critical support for dispute resolution procedures through effective administration and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case screening and documentation management
- Hearing scheduling and venue coordination
- Pre-conciliation support
- Client advisory services
Requirements:
- Diploma in Labour Relations (NQF 6) or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years in employment law/labor relations
- Multilingual abilities advantageous
