Admission Requirements
For National Diplomas (NATED):
- Matric certificate or NCV Level 4 in a related field
- Engineering: Mathematics/Physical Science/Technical subjects
- Business/Tourism: Relevant commercial subjects
For NCV Certificates:
- Minimum Grade 9, 10, or 11 pass
- OR ABET Level 4 certificate

How to Apply Online
- Visit the Capricorn TVET Application Portal.
- Select your preferred course (2026 intake).
- Choose campus, study mode (Full-time), and course level.
- Complete the mandatory Learner Profiler Assessment (placement test).
- Upload certified copies of:
- ID document (student and parent/guardian)
- Latest academic results/certificates
- Proof of address
- Submit before 30 September 2025.
