About the Role

We seek an experienced Business Analyst and Developer to optimize our technology systems and automate processes at South Africa’s National Empowerment Fund. This critical role combines business analysis with technical development to enhance operational efficiency in financial services, particularly in loan management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering
  • Develop detailed business cases and functional specifications
  • Design and implement Low Code solutions using Power Platform
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and system implementation projects
  • Optimize loan management, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Develop business process automation solutions
  • Create Power Apps and provide user training
  • Conduct system pilots and process audits

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

  • 7+ years business analysis/development experience
  • 4+ years in financial services (loan management systems)
  • Proven system analysis experience
  • Agile environment exposure
  • Project management experience preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Process modeling and business case development
  • SQL and Power Platform expertise
  • Financial systems implementation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Business Analysis certification (PMI/IIBA)
  • Diploma in Business Analysis (advantageous)
