Duration:	One-year internship program
Location:	Durban, South Africa
Eligibility:	Successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree, no more than 2 years of working experience

Objectives of the Programme
The main objective of this programme is to equip recent graduates with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to launch their career in the retail industry. During the one-year programme, interns will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and insights from various departments within Boxer Superstores, including finance, operations, marketing, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support departmental activities, including data analysis, report generation, and process improvements. Learn and apply industry knowledge by gaining knowledge in their specific field of study and applying this learning to real-world business scenarios. Receive mentorship and training to enhance their skills and professional growth. Participate in performance reviews to assess progress, identify strengths, and set goals for further development.
