Building Technician
Position Overview:
Implement effective maintenance systems while ensuring service level agreement compliance across client facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments on client properties and equipment
- Manage maintenance programs (preventative, corrective, emergency)
- Optimize resource allocation and parts inventory management
- Supervise third-party contractors and minor project execution
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate + Trade Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-5 years building maintenance experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP)
- Knowledge of OHS Act and ISO 9001 standards
