Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Upgrade ICT systems and maintain current software versions
- Manage cloud infrastructure and Office 365 environments
- Provide 3rd line technical support and incident resolution
- Implement ITIL/ISO compliant system management
- Administer disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
Requirements
- National Diploma in IT or equivalent
- IT Infrastructure/Cloud certification + ITIL Foundation
- 5 years’ IT experience (3 years senior systems support)
- Linux certification advantageous
International ATS Instructor (5-year contract)

Key Requirements
- Valid ATC license with 10+ years experience
- ICAO-recognized instructor certification
- Proficiency in ATC simulator systems (TopSky/ATC Coach)
- ECSA Accredited Assessor certification
- ICAO English Level 5 proficiency
