Position Overview:
Sedibeng TVET College seeks a dynamic professional to lead strategic partnerships and student placement initiatives. This key role drives collaboration between industry stakeholders and educational programs to enhance student employability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
- 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience (including 3 years supervisory experience at SL7/8)
- Proven track record in partnership development and project management
- Valid driver’s license
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry and government stakeholders
- Manage student work placements and Work Integrated Learning programs
- Lead regional sector research and labor market analysis
- Negotiate service-level agreements and partnership contracts
- Secure funding through grant applications and develop project budgets
- Oversee graduate employment initiatives and alumni relations
