Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum NQF level 6 in Human Resource with 3-5 years’ valuable experience in the field. Other essential attributes include responsive leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of HR practices and Administration, and the ability to analyze and interpret HR data. Experience drafting reports and presenting them to management is also highly desirable.

Compulsory Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient conflict resolution abilities.
  • Expertise in report writing.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Employment Equity Act and other HR legislation and prescript knowledge.

Duties of the Post

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment and selection processes, implementing and executing effective Human Resource functions, and managing the staff establishment. The position also includes formulating advertisements internally and externally, coordinating and managing employment equity, and providing monthly statistics and reports, among other tasks.
