The Clicks Pharmacist Assistant Learnership Programme 2023
Designed specially for those with no prior work experience, this learnership programme will provide you with an all-rounded foundation on health, medical, fitness, and optometry industries. Being under the wing of industry leaders means you will have access to an insider view of the firm’s operations. You will also work closely with a team of professionals, providing support to one of their pharmacies, supervised by a registered pharmacist and within the legal scope of practice defined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
The programme concludes with two recognitions – the National Certificate: Pharmacy Assistance Learnership Programme (Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant) and the Further Education and Training Certificate: Pharmacist Assistance (Learner Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant). These can be obtained by successfully completing the comprehensive curriculum, which includes theory classes and hands-on training sessions.

On completing the programme, successful applicants will sign a work-back agreement, where they will work for the company as a qualified Pharmacist Assistant for a period equivalent to the length of the learnership.
