Job Description

The Cash in Transit Officer will report to the Assistant Manager Revenue Control. This role involves handling cash collections and ensuring secure transit of funds at airport pay stations. Key Performance Outputs

  • Check the drainage requirements of all pay station machines and drain the machines as needed.

Job Description

The Administrator Airport Operations will report to the Local Airport Manager. This support role handles administrative tasks, procurement, scheduling, and documentation to ensure smooth airport operations.

Key Performance Outputs

  • Provide administrative support for intervention implementations.
  • Monitor stock levels and purchase office stationery and sundries.
  • Track OPEX and CAPEX expenditures.
  • Generate procurement orders.
  • Handle petty cash and invoices.
  • Update policies and SOPs on systems and intranet.
  • Respond to requests, queries, and complaints, escalating unresolved issues.
  • Manage the manager’s diary and coordinate travel/accommodation.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Code 8 driver’s license.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists at King Phalo Airport for a Supervisor Aviation Security in the Enterprise Security and Compliance Division. The Supervisor will report to the Assistant Manager Airport Security Operations and oversees security personnel and operations at screening points.

Key Performance Outputs

  • Provide a safe and secure environment by supervising security personnel at central search points and other areas.
  • Develop human capital per policies, including Work Skills Plans.
  • Manage staff performance, including outsourced teams, and implement remedial processes.
  • Conduct quarterly Performance Management System assessments.
