Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 2+ years travel management experience
- Public sector operational knowledge including:
- Public Finance Management Act
- Treasury Regulations & Instructions
- Proficiency in:
- Document verification
- Travel coordination systems
- Financial administration

Core Responsibilities
- Process travel authorization documents (VA26A forms)
- Coordinate with travel service providers and management companies
- Verify compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain traveler profiles and records
- Manage payment processing through BAS system
- Generate daily travel and accommodation reports
- Maintain document filing system by cost center
