Job Summary:
Expand Test Environment Management capabilities into change management and support functions while maintaining high system availability and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transparent communication strategies across all organizational levels
- Manage cross-program dependencies and risks
- Establish change control structures and Change Advisory Board
- Resolve environmental defects with root cause analysis
- Develop monitoring capabilities and reporting automation
Requirements:
- 5+ years IT service delivery management experience
- 2-5 years business change management experience
- Relevant IT Degree/Post-grad qualification
- Cloud computing certifications (AWS preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Agile methodology expertise
- Digital tools proficiency (Jira, Power BI, MS Teams)
- Systems analysis and design
2. Specialist Support Engineer (SAP 4 HANA)
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of complex financial system projects
- Manage SAP environment master data
- Provide user support and access management
- Develop ETL processes and data pipelines
Requirements:
- BC Degree in Commerce/Advanced IT Diploma
- 5-8 years banking/financial systems experience
- SAP Financial Systems expertise
- Problem-solving and networking skills
