Purpose of the Programme

We invite unemployed graduates to join a one‑year Internship Programme starting in April 2026. The programme provides practical work exposure, mentoring and learning opportunities aligned with organisational and national skills priorities.

Stipend

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R8,000.00 for the duration of the programme.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Aged 18–35 years
  • Completed a relevant qualification with a minimum 80% academic average
  • No formal work experience related to the field of study
  • Currently unemployed

  • Participate in structured training and development initiatives.
  • Gain practical workplace experience through rotational assignments and hands‑on learning.
  • Assist with departmental projects, research and administrative tasks as required.
  • Apply academic knowledge in a practical work environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow and contribute to team objectives.
  • Comply with organisational policies, procedures and professional standards.
  • Submit progress reports and complete assessments as required during the programme.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
