Program Overview
The SABS Youth Development Programme invites unemployed graduates to join a one‑year internship starting in April 2026. The programme provides:
- Hands‑on work experience across the Compliance, Risk and Legal Services department
- Structured training and mentoring sessions
- Rotational assignments to expose you to different functions
- Monthly stipend of R8,000.00 for the duration of the programme
Eligibility
- South African citizen
- Age 18–35 years
- Completed a relevant qualification (Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma)
- Minimum 80% academic average in the completed qualification
- No formal work experience in the field of study
- Currently unemployed
