About the Job
ABSA Group is a leading African bank with over 100 years of experience. We are looking for a Consultant to support our Deceased Estate Intake Centre. The role involves delivering operations and administration support, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring high quality service for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operations support in the Deceased Estate Intake Centre.
- Assist clients with the onboarding of deceased estates.
- Support the team to maintain performance and meet targets.
- Ensure all activities comply with control, compliance and quality standards.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fiduciary environment.
- LEAD diploma is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of estate administration is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret reports.
- Systematic, organized and client‑centric approach.
- Good communication skills.
- Capacity to multitask and work under pressure.
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required).
