Job Description
Adcock Ingram is offering a learnership opportunity for individuals aged 18 to 35 who have a medical certificate confirming a disability. This role is based in our warehouse in Clayville and is part of a structured learning program designed to develop skills in supply chain and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse tasks, including inventory management, order picking, and packing.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
- Learn and apply basic administrative duties related to warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Medical certificate confirming a disability.
- Must not have participated in any learnership previously.
- Matric (high school completion) is required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Basic administration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Industry knowledge and prior working experience in a warehouse or related field.
