Job Description

Adcock Ingram is offering a learnership opportunity for individuals aged 18 to 35 who have a medical certificate confirming a disability. This role is based in our warehouse in Clayville and is part of a structured learning program designed to develop skills in supply chain and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse tasks, including inventory management, order picking, and packing.
• Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
• Learn and apply basic administrative duties related to warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Medical certificate confirming a disability.
• Must not have participated in any learnership previously.
• Matric (high school completion) is required.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Basic administration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Industry knowledge and prior working experience in a warehouse or related field.
