About the Role

The Quality Assurance (QA) Internship is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our QA team. You will work closely with QA Seniors and Specialists to perform reviews, support projects, and develop your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in QA projects for Sasria agent companies, including:
• Follow‑up on internal audit recommendations
• Proactive QA reviews
• New agent onboarding
• Cancellation reviews
• Review of third‑party IT service providers
• Support other QA projects such as management requests and cross‑departmental tasks.
• Identify and evaluate risk areas within the organization.
• Help assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls using flow charts and other evaluation methods.
• Assist in developing QA review programs and procedures, including risk‑and‑control matrices.
• Complete all working papers following the QA methodology.
• Represent QA on company project teams and external assurance engagements.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required by QA staff.

Qualifications

Matric and a Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Auditing, Insurance, Risk Management, or Accounting from an accredited university.

Experience

No prior experience required. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly.
