About the Role

Join our dynamic retail call centre and gain a life‑changing first working experience. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will represent our brand, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and offer the best solutions.
  • Track sales performance against targets.
  • Sell a diverse product range and stay updated on décor and fashion trends.
  • Seek new sales opportunities and support stock replenishment.

Requirements

  • Age 18–29 years.
  • Grade 12 (Matric) – preferred.
  • Available for a fixed‑term 12‑month contract.
  • Not employed permanently with a single employer for more than one year.
  • Not studying full time during the employment year (April 2024 – April 2025).
  • Not previously registered on the YES programme.
  • Own transportation (if applicable).
