We are looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is part of the Contact Centre department and reports to the Contact Centre Coach.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide world‑class service to all players.
  • Respond to player queries via calls, live chat, e‑mail and WhatsApp.
  • Aim for first‑contact resolution on every query.
  • Handle all communication within the required timeframes.
  • Maintain high quality and standard in all interactions.
  • Follow company policies to retain players.
  • Complete outbound tasks on time.
  • Escalate issues to senior agents or floor managers when needed.
  • Monitor internal systems and report problems to the floor manager.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance player experience.
  • Analyse competitor customer service to provide insights.
  • Request training or up‑skilling when required.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years of customer service or contact centre experience.
  • Diploma or degree (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work well in cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of sports betting markets and odds.
  • Experience in online gaming or casino industry.
  • Understanding of gambling regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with customer retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use pivot tables and advanced statistical tools.
