About the Role
Adcock Ingram is looking for motivated individuals aged 18 to 35 who have a medical certificate confirming a disability. This learnership offers hands‑on experience in customer service within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

Requirements
- Matric (high school completion).
- Telephone skills and technique.
- Computer software skills.
- Certificate, diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
- Must not have participated in any learnership previously.
