About the Role

Adcock Ingram is looking for motivated individuals aged 18 to 35 who have a medical certificate confirming a disability. This learnership offers hands‑on experience in customer service within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • Matric (high school completion).
  • Telephone skills and technique.
  • Computer software skills.
  • Certificate, diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
  • Must not have participated in any learnership previously.
