Job Description

Motus Toyota Cape Gate is looking for a Storekeeper to support the Parts Manager. The role involves handling incoming parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth delivery of parts to customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and bin all incoming stock.
• Verify that parts are free from damage and that part numbers and labels match documentation.
• Provide the Admin department with all required documentation and signatures.
• Maintain accurate binning and update bin locations according to Toyota specifications.
• Pick parts based on computerized invoices and hand them to authorized personnel.
• Inspect outgoing parts to ensure they are damage‑free before handover.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies set by the company.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
• Assist with periodic and perpetual stock counts.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
• Follow Toyota dress code and maintain personal hygiene.
• Be willing to work overtime during stocktaking periods.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Clear criminal record.
• Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within Toyota standards.
