About the Role

Feltex (Pty) Ltd is a leading manufacturer of automotive components. We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our supply chain team. In this role you will gain hands‑on experience in outbound logistics while supporting the delivery of components to top car manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity to grow quickly, apply your degree, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Demand: Receive and verify weekly customer demand, noting any changes from previous releases.
• Supplier Management: Plan raw material and component requirements, track shipments to ensure on‑time delivery, and assist with supplier scorecards.
• Stores Operations: Coordinate the receipt of goods and raw materials into fixed stock locations and manage the dispatch of finished goods.
• Stock Handling: Ensure accurate stock handling procedures are followed.
• Issuing: Process store requisitions, coordinate issuing, handle rejects in the system, and support production planning and data control.
• Stock Takes: Organise stock counts according to the stock take procedure, check stock condition, and investigate any variances.
• Finished Goods: Maintain required finished‑good stock levels and follow up on outstanding proof of delivery (POD) documents.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 completion
• National Diploma in Logistics Management or Supply Chain (or equivalent)
