Job Purpose

This learnership combines classroom learning with real workplace experience. You will develop call‑centre, customer engagement and communication skills while working in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
• South African citizenship
• Updated CV
• No prior participation in a learnership for the same qualification
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Relevant post‑matric qualifications, if applicable
