About the Role

The Agent: Customer Service supports the branch’s targets by delivering efficient and professional customer service. The role follows company quality management procedures and ensures a smooth rental experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of customer check‑out and check‑in rental transactions.
  • Create, amend, cancel, and monitor reservations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer queries.
  • Perform general office duties: capture fuel, VRV’s, non‑revenue items, follow up on overdue rentals, scan documents, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, and record lost property recoveries.
  • Maintain security and quality control of vehicles and company property.
  • Identify and report expired licenses, due service, and any quality issues.
  • Adhere to housekeeping and cleanliness standards for the branch environment.
  • Carry out additional duties as requested.

Minimum Experience

2 years of front‑office or customer service experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
  • Code 8 driver’s licence with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Computer literate
  • Willingness to work overtime, shifts, and weekends when required
