About the Programme

The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a 24‑month, enhanced learning experience designed to recruit recent bachelor’s or BTech graduates who show strong potential for leadership roles within our organisation. Participants will rotate through various business disciplines, gaining structured training and real‑world experience that prepares them for key positions across the company.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will:

• Be recent graduates (3rd or 4th year) from an accredited South African institution.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture (Plant/Crop Production) or a related field.
• Have an academic average of at least 65%.
• Be a South African citizen with work authorization.
• Show high ambition, self‑motivation, and a strong desire to build a career in FMCG.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills.
• Have not worked full‑time for more than one year in their field of study.
• Be geographically mobile and willing to relocate during the programme.
• Be computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Agriculture (Plant/Crop Production).
• Strong academic record (minimum 65%).
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• High achievement and innovation potential.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
