Job Purpose

The successful candidate will manage insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring that valid claims are processed quickly and accurately.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualification
• 1–2 years of administration experience
• Relevant insurance qualifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess the validity of all claims in EasyPay Insurance.
• Evaluate claims and determine required documentation.
• Process new insurance claim notifications.
• Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
• Analyse submitted claims and monitor their progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all assessed claims.
• Ensure fair settlement of valid claims.
• Assist claimants with claim procedures.
• Build relationships with internal and external clients.
• Provide excellent customer service in line with industry and company guidelines.
• Handle complaints related to claims.
• Adhere to industry regulations and the Treating Customers Fairly guidelines.
• Follow up on outstanding claims.
