Job Purpose

The successful candidate will manage insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring that all valid claims are processed quickly and accurately. The role involves reviewing claims, gathering necessary information, and coordinating with claimants and internal teams to reach a fair settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the validity of all claims submitted through EasyPay Insurance.
• Evaluate claims and determine the required documentation.
• Process new insurance claim notifications.
• Collect accurate information and documents needed to proceed with a claim.
• Analyse submitted claims and monitor their progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all assessed claims in line with departmental procedures.
• Ensure fair settlement of valid claims.
• Assist claimants with the claim process and answer their questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with industry and company guidelines.
• Handle any complaints related to claims.
• Follow up on outstanding claims.
• Adhere to industry regulations and the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines.
