About the role

We are looking for an HR Graduate Learner to join our Munich Reinsurance Africa Branch Team. As a graduate, you will receive both soft‑skills and technical training and will work on a variety of tasks that support our HR functions.

Your responsibilities

• Attend soft‑skills and technical training sessions.
• Complete daily tasks assigned by your team.
• Participate in team projects and deliverables.
• Join cross‑divisional project teams.
• Support general HR functions such as:
• Workplace Skills Plan
• Employment Equity Reporting
• Invoice processing
• Other HR generalist duties

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field (BCom/BA Undergraduate/Honours).
• Strong planning and organising skills.
