What We’re Looking For

Eskom Distribution Division is recruiting two YES Learners to join our Retail Department within the LimLanga Cluster. This is a great opportunity for young South Africans to gain real work experience in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a YES Learner you will be placed in one of Eskom’s Operations across South Africa. You will receive on‑the‑job training and support to develop skills in the energy industry.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen
• Aged 18 to 34 years
• Grade 12 with maths or maths literacy
• Proficient in English and at least one other official South African language

Selection Criteria

• Not employed permanently with a single employer for more than one year
• Not studying full‑time during the year of employment
• Not previously registered on the YES initiative

Important Information

Successful candidates will receive a 12‑month contract and will be placed in Eskom Operations across all provinces.
