About the Role
As an Insurance Retention Agent, you will work closely with existing customers to perform a range of retention activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Cross‑selling and suggesting alternative products
- Resolving customer queries and addressing concerns
- Providing product education to enhance customer experience
- Achieving monthly retention targets
- Maintaining accurate and timely administration records
- Engaging stakeholders and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retention activities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in short‑term insurance
- RE qualification and short‑term insurance qualification
- Matric (high school) – essential
- Goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a target‑driven environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and resilience in challenging situations
