Job Description

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized person to join our team as a Stock Controller. The role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and monitoring supplies to keep stock at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels for all products.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and manage stock rotation.
• Track and analyze stock movements to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and maintain stock reports, forecast requirements, and place orders when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock control.
• Implement best practices for inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of stock control best practices.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in stock control within the automotive industry is preferred.
