About the Role
Toyota Automotive Learning Academy (TALA) is looking for a Learnership Development Administrator (LDA). The LDA will be a key member of the Learner Support Centre (LSC) and will support the Learning Academy’s administrative and operational functions. The role ensures compliance with legislative and best‑practice requirements and helps the Academy run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle commercial activities and reporting.
- Manage records and information, including database maintenance.
- Administer the Learner Management System: create prospectuses, activate learners, maintain support diaries, manage billing, events, and calendars.
- Distribute training inventory across BNLE countries.
- Plan and coordinate training schedules, workshops, and learning interventions from start to finish.
- Act as a liaison for customer service, resolving problems and queries, and gathering feedback.
- Coordinate events and facilities, track project activities, and provide feedback.
- Participate in PDCA (Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act) activities and establish SOPs for facilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- NQF Level 5 (240 credits) or higher in ETD or a related field.
- Experience in administration, training administration, and shared services processes.
- Knowledge of ETD legislation and compliance.
- Familiarity with TSAM & TALA policies and procedures.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Advanced PC skills: Excel, MS Project, SAP/SAP Concur.
