Job Description

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized person to join our team as a Requisitions Clerk. The role involves handling all requisitions for materials and services, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time. Your work will support the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review all requisitions for materials and services.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information.
• Work with departments and vendors to confirm specifications and quantities.
• Reconcile vendor invoices using independent data.
• Process requisitions promptly and track progress to approval.
• Handle CAPEX requests and track them to completion.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, invoices, and place orders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all requisitions and purchase orders.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues related to requisitions with vendors.
• Coordinate with receiving and accounts payable to ensure timely payment and delivery.
• Ensure vendor payments are made on time and in line with payment terms.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Analyze cost G/Ls to ensure accurate receipting and assist with month‑end processes.
• Manage open purchase orders weekly and provide month‑end accruals to the accountant.
• Assist with vendor onboarding.
• Handle ad‑hoc queries and tasks when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP, COUPA, or similar procurement software is advantageous.
