Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Supervisor to lead our administrative team in Humansdorp.

Key Performance Areas:

  • The successful candidate will mainly focus on improving sales operations, removing obstacles, and supporting team efficiency.
  • Improve sales processes by finding inefficiencies and creating workflows that reduce problems and increase productivity.
  • Act as the main contact for the sales administration manager.
  • Lead and guide the administrative staff, building a culture of accuracy, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Oversee the full claims process, making sure all documents are correct and issues are resolved within set time limits.
  • Prepare detailed sales and operations reports for management.
  • Handle all administrative needs for kiosk locations.
  • Manage stock replenishment cycles to keep levels optimal and avoid shortages.
  • Keep high standards in all sales functions, ensuring data entry, customer records, and filing are always accurate and well-organized.

Skills and Experience:

  • Matric is required; a relevant diploma or degree is a big plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven skills in managing teams and improving group performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on great customer relationships.
  • Good administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work alone, make quick decisions, and stay effective under pressure.
  • Must have a confident and assertive approach to solving problems and making decisions.
