Requirements:
- Diploma in Labour Relations Management or a Degree in Labour Relations Management.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and a valid driver’s license.
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.

Key Performance Areas:
- Investigate misconduct cases.
- Manage and securely store Employee Relations Management files.
- Handle formal and informal disciplinary cases.
- Manage grievance processes.
- Deal with disciplinary appeals.
- Participate in Local Labour Forum meetings.
- Facilitate conciliation processes.
- Address strikes and lockouts.
- Conduct awareness training in collaboration with HR functions.
- Maintain Employee Relations Management data.
