Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and without defects. You will schedule, coordinate, and supervise all site workers. You will organize site teams, control overall project construction activities, order materials and equipment on time, and implement the company’s safety, health, and environmental (SHE) procedures and policies. You will also ensure the company’s quality management system (QMS) procedures are followed, and that the final product meets project specifications and good building practices.

  • Take full responsibility and accountability for quality compliance in all areas under your control.
  • Drive the construction process on site.
  • Execute the project plan and program.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain good relations.
  • Supervise the workforce, support people development, and promote healthy industrial relations.

Academic Qualification

  • Grade 12
  • Occupational Health and Safety Course

Years of Experience

  • 15+ years technical experience
  • 0+ years managerial experience

Professional Registration and Statutory Appointment

  • Statutory Appointment 7(8) Construction Supervisor
